β€’ Assist Customer Success Managers with onboarding new clients by capturing key details and configuring software settings. β€’ Help maintain communication with clients for updates and feedback. β€’ Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions. β€’ Update and maintain customer records in the CRM accurately. β€’ Assist in developing educational materials for clients. β€’ Monitor customer engagement metrics to recommend improvements. β€’ Contribute to special projects like customer surveys or case studies.

Requirements

β€’ Open to students graduating after August 2025 β€’ Currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset. β€’ Interest in agriculture technology and familiarity with agricultural practices is a plus. β€’ Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. β€’ Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
