• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, document workflows, and identify pain points. • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Solution Documentation: Work with the Business Systems team to identify and document technology solutions that address business needs and improve efficiency. • Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including project planning, tracking, and reporting on progress. • Enablement Initiatives: Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation to enable teams to use technology effectively. • Governance Initiatives: Support system governance initiatives to ensure cross-functional teams are engaged and complying with established system governance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of data integrity and security. • UAT and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and are error-free. • Continuous Improvement: Monitor post-release performance, gather feedback, and propose refinements to enhance systems and processes. • Communication: Communicate project updates, issues, and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant work experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies. • Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
