Description

• Everbridge: a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is actively seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Analyst. • This remote, home-based position can be located anywhere in Hungary. • As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and technology solutions. • You will play a key role in streamlining operations, ensuring the alignment of technology with business needs, and supporting the delivery of solutions that improve efficiency and drive business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process analysis and requirements gathering. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions. • Experience with business analysis methodologies and techniques. • Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence) is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.
