• Commission Program Management: • Understand and manage the commission programs for global sales and marketing teams. • Prepare and deliver monthly commission statements, ensuring accuracy in calculations and payments. • Review and resolve discrepancies in commission data with relevant teams. • Reporting and Analysis: • Generate monthly commission accruals and perform reconciliations for commission-related accounts. • Assist in the creation and updating of annual commission plans. • Prepare and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. • Collaboration and Communication: • Regularly communicate with sales and marketing teams to review earned commissions and resolve issues. • Collaborate with upper management on ad-hoc projects and internal requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • 2-4 years of experience in a related role, preferably within an e-Commerce or SaaS business environment. • Proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce is highly desirable. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, and SUMIFS formulas. • Familiarity with Callidus Commissions systems is a plus. • Strong understanding of accounting processes, including journal entries and accruals, particularly within software companies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Proven ability to work with large datasets, with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bonus if you have: • Self-directed and highly organized with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities. • Xactly Experience preferred • Quick learner with a strong drive for continuous improvement. • Ability to handle ad-hoc projects effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
