Description

β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive payment customer onboarding, adoption, retention, growth, up-sell, and advocacy β€’ Become the voice of our customer, driven by the concept that their success is your success β€’ Own key customer communications and engagement pertaining to product onboarding, product-use, ongoing education, payments enablement, and renewals β€’ Report on customer-centric metrics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities based on data trends β€’ Create, own, and drive marketing project plans and timelines to ensure ongoing program development and success β€’ Lead the strategy and resource alignment to build, and execute content marketing to support marketing strategies and evolve the customer journey to best support our audience throughout their lifecycle as a user β€’ Drive alignment and efficiencies working with cross-functional teammates by leading with a collaborative and process-oriented frameworks β€’ Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing impact and opportunities β€’ Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions β€’ Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team

Requirements

β€’ 5 + years of experience in a B2B or B2C customer-centric marketing role, High-Volume SaaS preferred β€’ Proficient in Payment Go to Market funnel and customer journey articulation β€’ Experience using marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo and Braze) to communicate with customers β€’ Proficiency with Pendo, Heap, Salesforce, AppCues, and other campaign analysis tools β€’ Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment β€’ Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills β€’ Excellent organizational time, and team management skills
