📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, skills development, product knowledge, and sales techniques. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales tools and resources, such as presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and competitive intelligence materials. • Analyze sales processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. • Evaluate, deploy, and manage sales enablement technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and analytics tools. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets and professional growth. • Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from the sales team on enablement tools and training programs. Continuously refine and improve based on input and results. • Plan and execute any training programs and events that require in person involvement; including Sales Kickoff Events and travel on an as needed basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or training is a plus. • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, with a track record of driving sales performance. • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and strategy. • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales engagement platforms). • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate a team. • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail. • Having experience in the Integrated Payments Field is a plus.
