Description

• As a Senior DevOps Engineer in the EverHealth division, you will be a member of our growing DevOps team responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure in AWS, building and maintaining tools for application development and deployment, and providing support for application, data, and security engineers. • You will be working on creating and improving the Kubernetes workloads, terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, and ensuring service uptime and scalability in response to surging user traffic loads. • You will collaborate closely with development, performance, and architecture teams to deploy new applications and provide assistance for the maintenance and enhancement of existing non-production and production environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and maintaining Kubernetes workloads on AWS using an IaC systems such as Terraform and Helm Charts. • Linux: configuration, troubleshooting, tuning, hardening, and monitoring • Config Management: Ansible and SaltStack • Experience setting up and maintaining an observability and monitoring system such as NewRelic, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK • Strong understanding of Database Technologies (Postgres, MariaDb, MySQL etc) and good experience in reviewing SQL scripts for potential performance and other issues. • Experience in building a robust CI/CD system using CircleCI or Github Actions • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Web Services • Experience in building software and systems that are secure by design • Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills • Cybersecurity experience is a plus • Python and other scripting skills are a plus • HIPAA based application experience is a plus
