📋 Description
• Senior Engineer in agile team delivering software updates and technical changes. • Solve technical and delivery challenges, planning, scoping, and software design. • Validate solutions and deliver customer value efficiently. • Promote and improve software standards, identify and address technical debt.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in a software engineering or equivalent role with experience in building SaaS software. • Agile advocate understanding value in small iterations, reducing WIP, and learning from experiments. • Experienced in delivery techniques that reduce risk (feature flagging, partial deploys). • Strong competency in full-stack web development using .NET and React. • Expertise in areas such as FED, Mobile, JavaScript, .NET, or API Design. • Experience with IaaS platforms (e.g., Azure/AWS). • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Advocate for collaborative programming techniques. • Proven record in coaching and mentoring junior engineers. • Empathetic ability to provide constructive feedback.
