📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to focus on our Invoice Simple brand. • This role is on our Core team, which enables freelancers and contractors to invoice their customers easily and get paid on time. • Our customers are contractors, freelancers, owner-operators, creatives, and other small business owners. • We provide the tools for a diverse group of hundreds of thousands of small businesses and solopreneurs around the world to run the business they want on their own terms.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions as a software engineer. • 6+ years of hands-on experience building seamless, performant modern apps using React, Typescript, and modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS. • Extensive knowledge of mobile app development from ideation to publishing • In-depth understanding of the NodeJS ecosystem and expertise in React and/or React Native frameworks and associated tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite) • Extensive expertise in database modeling and caching technologies, across both relational and document stores (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc) • Strong knowledge of designing and building RESTful APIs to support mobile app functionalities. • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. • Proficient in version control systems, such as Git, and collaboration tools like GitHub. • Analytical mindset with a curiosity to explore data-driven solutions and a willingness to ask questions for continuous growth. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. • Passionate about maintaining code quality through automated testing, CI/CD processes, and comprehensive code reviews. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Scrum, or Kanban. • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
