Description
• The People Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role within Everfield’s People Experience team, with a primary focus on enhancing our internal communications and HR marketing to effectively promote the value of our HR functions to the business and our portfolio companies. • This role combines expertise in Learning & Development with a strong emphasis on strategic communication and event management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in HR communications or HR marketing, with strong capabilities in creating and managing content that resonates with diverse audiences. • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear and effective communications. • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
