📋 Description
• Responsible for owning and managing partner-level P&Ls for assigned markets • Lead, influence, and support operational execution on the best clinical care for patients • Execute on the operational plan based on market needs • Promote holistic patient care by leveraging internal and external stakeholders and partners • Engage the entire interdisciplinary team including nephrologists, advanced practice providers, and more • Support the Southeast and Northeast markets with 25-50% travel
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required with Master’s Degree preferred • Four years of experience managing teams in a multi-site medical group practice setting • Leading large scale program implementations • Managing operations in a Value Based Care setting • Experience leading and managing multiple workstreams and adapting to change • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams • Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required • Team Members must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
