📋 Description

• Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania, by then student, Seth Berkowitz and we have been feeding the insatiable hunger of our fans ever since! Today with more than 320 locations nationwide, Insomnia Cookies is continuing to expand our baking footprint and as a result of positive organic growth, we are actively adding a Regional Director of Operations to our current field leadership team. 🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of multi-state, multi-unit restaurant or retail chain management experience as a senior operations leader who can influence people, processes and technology choices in a manner that enriches the company’s culture and overall region performance. • Extensive retail/food service business acumen (P&L analysis, EBIDTA, COGS, labor forecasting, etc.). • In-depth knowledge of NYC & Philadelphia Fair Work Week regulations. • Proven experience in strategic retail and/or hospitality organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop and retain great talent. • Solid technology proficiency with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Teams, etc.), HR applicant tracking systems, POS systems, facilities management platforms and inventory tracking tools. • Must have the ability to travel throughout the region 50 - 70% of the year. • Minimum of an Associates degree or equivalent experience within management is required; Bachelors degree preferred.
