• 12+ years of experience in sales/marketing roles within financial services or at a company serving the financial industry. • 5+ years of experience managing teams. • Strong understanding of alternative investment products, capital markets, portfolio management, and other investment concepts. • Excellent analytical, communication, and process management skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management and analytics tools. • Eagerness to work with diverse teams. • Bachelor's degree. • MBA and CFA (or comparable certifications) appreciated but not required.
