📋 Description
• Contexte : Nous recherchons activement un Ingénieur Système N3 Linux pour : • renforcer notre équipe en termes d'escalade des N2 en cas de problématique technique • renforcer nos équipes dédiées aux taches d'intégration (création et livraison de machines, assistance installation) • traiter les Incidents et MCO complexes • tirer des projets technique systèmes • Gestion des serveurs • Serveur Linux RedHat essentiellement (composants essentiels : nginx/php, tomcat, postgreSQL) • Relation technique avec les services études • Gestion des tickets utilisateurs niveaux 2 et 3 • Surveillance, actions préventives et correctives sur les plates-formes Linux • Gestion des incidents, des problèmes • Rénovations techniques • Rédaction de documentations d’infrastructures • Livrables attendus : • Accompagnement à la réalisation de dossiers d'architectures et supervision, procédures d'exploitation • Application de son portefeuille arrivant en production à un niveau d'exploitabilité conforme à nos usages (supervision, sauvegarde, consignes) • Respect des deadlines et du temps alloué en environnement multi-projets • Synthèse des sujets et escalade au manager au besoin • Cadrage et lancement de projet suivant le formalisme DIT
🎯 Requirements
• Ingénieur Système Linux ayant 5 à 10 ans en environnement multiples et complexes • Au moins 5 ans activité N3 (technique et responsabilité) • Connaissance des Serveur Web (apache et/ou serveur tomcat) • Scripting unix : bash, pyhton • Notions sur PostgreSQL idéalement ou MySQL • Organisation projet (planning, documentation, délais et moyens) • Rigueur et autocontrôle
