Description

• Manage daily contacts with Customers and Shoppers for order cycle support • Handle logistics issues and order assignation • Process customer orders, inquiries, or complaints as first line of support • Maintain proper administration of order information • Proactively execute cash collection • Report bugs related to apps • Responsible for product recall and fraud management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in humanities or communications • Up to 1 year experience in customer or operations facing roles • Proficient with Office, especially Excel • Fluent in Italian and upper intermediate English (B2) • Availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays
