Description

• Manage daily contacts with Customers and Shoppers • Take care of logistics issues and Orders Assignation • Process customer orders, inquiries or complaints • Maintain proper administration of order information • Execute cash collection in line with payment terms • Report bugs related to apps • Responsible for product recalls • Prevent and manage frauds • Answer technical questions and resolve difficulties • Familiarize with new products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in humanities or communications • Previous experiences in customer or operations facing roles (up to 1 year) • Proficient with Office (specifically, Excel) • Available to work on shifts, even during weekends and holidays • Mother tongue or fluent in Italian, upper intermediate English (B2)
