Description

• Ensure client satisfaction • Build and staff project teams • Interface with client decision-makers • Lead kickoff meetings and discovery sessions • Document requirements into roadmaps • Drive growth of client relationships • Monitor consultant project execution • Engage in strategic client conversations • Manage against KPIs; review progress

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-time experience working full-time in a project management role • 5+ years of full-time experience working with Salesforce or Hubspot, preferably both • You do not have a full-time job (W-2) that requires 40 hours per week • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Strong project management and interpersonal skills • Experience with project management tools (ie Trello, Asana, JIRA, Basecamp) • A problem solver and thought leader who can recommend opportunities and not just wait to be told what to work on • Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and internal teams to achieve shared outcomes for the business • Ability to be a business-led thinker and help provide actionable solutions to client problems • Based in the US • A certificate in Salesforce or Hubspot is a bonus but not required
