Description

• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment while managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously and a desire to revolutionize how people shop for insurance. • We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, an interest in understanding complex business and marketplace dynamics, and commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. • Manage multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, gather requirements, and coordinate multiple projects at the same time • Monitor and report on the progress of multiple projects • Assist with various program level tasks to ensure smooth project execution • Organize and facilitate meetings and working group sessions • Prepare project documentation, presentations, project trackers, and organize all documentation related to the project

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on many tasks in parallel • 2+ years of Project Management experience, or demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects • Ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, as well as both technical and non-technical team members • Ideally previous insurance or lead generation experience • Able to effectively manage multiple cross functional projects from start to finish • Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills • Proficient in G-Suite Products • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency and accountability • You are a team player and have the ability and desire to collaborate effectively
