• Collaborate with customers in defining and understanding price and access challenges and solutions, needs, and outcomes • Manage execution of the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy of new releases • Translate high-level customer requirements into wireframe mock-ups and user stories of product functionalities and enhancements • Manage and prioritize an agile release backlog, including functionality, UI/UX, back-end and front-end enhancements • Assist in selling, planning, organize and lead various projects related to pricing and market access • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
• MBA or Advanced Degree in Economics, Health Policy or relevant area is a significant plus • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical price and market access is desired • Good understanding of Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, HighCharts and Qlike Sense is a plus • Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills • Previous experience of software/data product ownership or management, as well as principles of database management, enterprise architecture and systems analysis is desired
