Description

• Own design projects from concept to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces leveraging and building upon our design system. • Create interactive prototypes to test, iterate, and refine design concepts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clinicians to define product requirements and design objectives. • Develop high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across platforms. • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis. • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare software design. • Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of end users throughout the product development lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with other designers working on interconnected projects happening in parallel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. • Experience in healthcare or related industry. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design. • Desire to work in a growing tech startup • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, especially demonstrating emotional intelligence. • Practice humble, productive collaboration, driving towards the best solution possible, understanding when and how to effectively compromise. • Understand how to “negotiate” with engineering constraints and iterate on a solution • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and user needs. • Proactive management and communication of projects
