• Lead in-depth financial analyses supporting company’s long-term growth and performance • Develop and maintain a dynamic three-statement corporate model to forecast long-term performance • Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment of financial plans with corporate objectives • Monitor key financial and operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights • Prepare materials for Board meetings and executive leadership financial review meetings • Manage multiple competing priorities and provide clear guidance to team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • ~8 years of experience with finance, strategy, or management consulting roles focusing on financial modeling, analysis, and strategic decision support • Excellent financial modeling skills, including 3-statement financial models and scenario planning • Extensive experience preparing and presenting financial data to senior executives and external stakeholders • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders across the organization • Command of core financial concepts and disciplines including accounting, forecasting, and financial modeling • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence strategic decision-making
