📋 Description

• The Senior Financial Analyst participates as a team member in the preparation, development, coordination, and communication of budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, variance analysis, research, and related activities. • You will be a contributor to managing, coordinating and communicating monthly, quarterly and annual financial results in preparation for Executive and Board-level presentations. • You will partner with other Finance teams to solve problems and develop solutions by leveraging technology. • The individual in the role will develop financial models, performing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to improve the quality of every business decision.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field or an equivalent of education and experience. • 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience with corporate budgeting, forecasting and the ability to independently structure and develop analyses and presentations for executive audiences • Professional understanding of accounting and finance concepts including KPIs • Demonstrates ability to take initiative and partner with peers and other teams • Knowledge of business desktop applications (Workday, MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs) • Experience with finance and data analysis systems including Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning. • Experience in creating and developing data management techniques to facilitate data visualization analysis and dashboard design (Power BI, Excel, Adaptive Planning Office Connect, etc.)
