Description

• Lead the delivery and execution of SAP projects for customers, using best practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction. • Participate in presales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities. • Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work • Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for utility-specific business processes • Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Process Documents (BPD’s), and Functional Specifications for SAP Plant Maintenance / Work Management / Mobility / Scheduling processes based on business requirements. • Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects. • Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs for multiple business areas • Provide Incident Response and end user support

Requirements

• At least 5 years of utilities industry, technology, and services experience • Functional knowledge of SAP ISU / CR&B implementations. Configuration experience preferred. • Experience in integration of Plant Maintenance (PM) with SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM) • Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred • Strong planning/management/problem solving/leadership ability • Integration with 3rd party mobile & scheduling applications (ClickSchedule, SAP Work Manager, SAP Service & Asset Manager, ClickMobile, Click FSE, etc) preferred. • Strong planning, management, problem solving, and leadership ability • Experience transforming business requirements into project scope and deliverables. • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work streams in a constantly changing work environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
