• Engage effectively with IT delivery partners to prioritize and monitor issue resolution and team outputs. • Provide primary support for production-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and documentation. • Monitor SAP systems for performance, availability, and potential issues. • Adhere to company procedures for change control, security, release management, and incident handling. • Address and resolve system issues, incidents, and user problems within defined SLAs. • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. • Provide on-call support for critical issues outside of regular business hours. • Collaborate with end-users to enhance business processes and user experience. • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. • Ensure seamless integration of CI with existing SAP modules and systems. • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing. • Create comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides and user manuals. • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Fiori applications. • Stay updated on CI best practices and recommend process improvements. • Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines and deliverables. • Interface with key SAP BRIM processes including master data, orders, contracts, and product modeling.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP functional expert in SD/CS areas. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Convergent Invoicing module is essential. • Proficient in configuring SAP CI within the SAP BRIM solution. • Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS business models. • Minimum 3 years of experience implementing SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing. • Hands-on experience in functional configuration and design. • Certifications in SAP SOM & CRM preferred. • Strong understanding of SAP modules, data structures, and business processes. • Specific experience with BIT Classification, Discounts, and Taxation. • Knowledge of SAP Convergent Invoicing processes within the SAP BRIM solution is a plus. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. • SAP certification or relevant training. • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. • Familiarity with agile project methodologies. • Additional knowledge of other SAP technologies and modules is beneficial.
