📋 Description
• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients. • Responsible for accurate data entry of patient prescriptions. • Achieve key performance metrics set by management. • Educate facilities and patients about ExactCare. • Manage patient assessment process to grow business. • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports. • Partner with Clinical Services team. • Call and schedule prospective patients for telephonic reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred. • Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload. • Ability to work Monday through Friday 11:30am to 8pm EST. • Up to one Saturday each month. • Must be in your current role for at least 6 months. • Must have gone through the training sessions and actively completing assessments.
