• Perform clinical support functions for Provider Support team and Customer Success Teams • Act as clinical liaison for Provider Support Analysts and Customer Success groups • Provide product-specific clinical training • Collaborate with Pre-Analytical Laboratory, Histology, Pathology, and Clinical Laboratory Scientist teams • Document all information according to standard operating procedures

Requirements

• BS or 2+ years in a professional life-sciences role • 3+ years of customer service experience • 1+ years of previous work in a contact center within the health care industry is preferred • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Disciplined, self-motivated and reliable • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing workload
