Description

• Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application issues • Use judgment and initiative to analyze and develop solutions for business systems • Coordinate ongoing user support for ad hoc questions and inquiries • Ensure efficiency of reporting and data tools for trend analysis • Coordinate with IT for production support issues • Document and report all system support activities • Collaborate on projects and initiatives to implement long-term solutions • Serve as point of contact for business testing activities • Analyze and verify results for accuracy and relevance • Train/coach others on testing protocol and execution • Configure and maintain critical system tables and data elements • Analyze and implement configuration changes for system performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 5+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field • Facets product and Facets data model knowledge preferred • SQL and Microsoft Excel experience preferred
