• Bachelor's Degree • 2 or more years of Healthcare experience • 1 or more years of experience creating automated reports and self-service tools • In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, and PowerPoint • Understanding of metrics, trends and the ability to analyze and identify gaps in care • Master's Degree (preferred) • Experience with SQL (preferred) • Proven organizational and prioritization skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments (preferred) • Understanding of CMS Stars, performance measures, HEDIS knowledge and experience (preferred) • Background working in Quality improvements (preferred) • Experience with tools such as SAS, Power BI, SSIS, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, Qlikview and/or Microsoft Access (preferred) • Data analysis, experience with relational databases (preferred)
