• Lead and mentor QA engineers. • Take a proactive leadership role in partnering closely with development teams. • Design and drive the implementation of strategic test plans. • Ensure that industry standards and best practices in QA processes are met. • Lead risk assessments and guide the team in prioritizing testing efforts. • Communicate actionable insights on quality metrics and KPIs to stakeholders. • Champion the use of customer feedback to refine testing practices. • Spearhead initiatives to optimize QA processes. • Keep the team ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. • Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration/delivery pipelines. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Experience leading performance testing and security testing efforts. • Familiarity with cloud technologies and Linux. • Strong leadership in problem-solving. • Ability to manage multiple priorities. • A passion for driving excellence in product delivery. • Proficiency in remote communication and collaboration tools.
