Description

• Deliver valuable software applications as an Agile Business Analyst. • Support Product Owner and team from feature conceptualization to hand-off. • Apply business analysis to determine true user needs. • Develop and translate Product Vision, goals, and user value. • Execute user research activities and craft effective user stories. • Act as the customer voice for product recommendations. • Decompose features into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. • Manage Product Roadmap to visualize upcoming priorities. • Build shared understanding with stakeholders without excessive documentation. • Conduct testing such as functional testing and UAT. • Support product adoption and gather feedback.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years’ experience in IT or related industry. • Ability to work independently and grasp business challenges quickly. • Firm grasp of Agile principles and backlog management. • Strong facilitation skills for leading effective workshops. • Able to support the Product Owner and make recommendations. • Ability to map product functionality to user value. • Strong experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria. • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging various stakeholders. • Able to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment. • Prior consulting and client management experience is a plus. • Experience with productivity and facilitation tools. • Understanding of change management practices. • Agile and business analysis certifications a plus. • Understanding of DORA and its capabilities is encouraged.
