Description

• Remote-based part-time contractor for Tier 1 Customer Support • Provide quick and effective service to participants in online leadership development programs • Availability for 24/7 service • Point of contact for clients with questions • Communicate with high-level executives from premier companies • Onboarding and ongoing training provided • 10-20 hours/week with the possibility of additional hours based on volume

Requirements

• 1-3 years work experience in SaaS or technology division • Professionalism and poise when responding to high-level executives • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM, website backend/administrative interfaces, cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software • Outstanding task management skills in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese is highly valued • Candidates must be located and authorized to work in the US
