• Exotec is redefining the relationship between humans and robots. • Our solutions contribute to success in retail and e-Commerce, revolutionizing order fulfillment. • Working at Exotec offers an exciting opportunity to turn your ideas into reality. • The Western Europe zone is one of our business units, committed to excellence. • Will you be part of the robotics revolution at Exotec? • You will lead all customer services activities for the Western Europe business unit. • You will support the managing director and ensure customer satisfaction. • You will define and execute the Maintenance vision and strategy. • You will manage maintenance contracts on customer sites. • You will lead a team of over 100 maintenance and customer services experts. • You will develop the Exotec maintenance organization to meet global growth demands. • You will implement and monitor KPIs for optimal performance and service delivery. • You will ensure maintenance activities meet quality standards and client success. • You will oversee site safety and compliance with procedures. • You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams for process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical degree, engineering degree or relevant field • 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years on a similar role • Proven experience as a team manager working in an international context • Broad knowledge on mechanical, electrical and engineering or logistics • Convincing results in customer/user satisfaction management • Ability to track activities, manage performance, and generate reports • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and lead teams • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on resolving challenges and improving processes • Fluency in English • Up to 3 days a week of travel required to Lille and across Western Europe
