If you thrive on creating high-performance systems and excel at overcoming intricate challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic journey. • As a DevOps Manager, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the resilience and security of our Salesforce-based applications. You will lead the automation of deployment and monitoring processes, contribute to the evolution of our cloud infrastructure, and collaborate with the Chief Architect and CTO to align technical direction with strategic goals. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, enabling the delivery of high-performing, scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce release management or DevOps roles, with hands-on expertise using Copado along with other CI/CD tools. • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Copado is a must. • Strong understanding of Salesforce development processes, metadata management, and deployment strategies. • Proven experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, specifically for Salesforce environments. • Proficiency in Git and experience in implementing branching strategies. • Experience in automating deployment processes and creating robust, scalable pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and proactive issue resolution. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
