📋 Description
• Support the recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions. • Collaborate with the broader People Operations team to develop and implement innovative People Operations initiatives • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our HR Information System. • Assist in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide necessary information. • Assist with data entry tasks and generate reports as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing, or related field • Prior internship experience is a plus • Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office applications • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach. • Curious, a self-starter and detail-oriented • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
