📋 Description
• The QA Specialist I will ensure that the Implementation Support Teams follow the established protocols and standards. • You will report to Experian Health. • You will review the implementation, integration and configuration provided by the Implementation teams for multiple products, including the evaluation and setting up client rules and interfaces. • The QA Specialist I will help refine and delivering quality assurance testing (QA) to ensure high standards of service. • Travel will not be required.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with quality assurance or automated testing. • Experience in healthcare can be helpful. • Independent problem-solving and self-direction are critical. • Ensure accuracy while addressing different tasks upon request. • Proficiency in English, must past English assessment. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (perform complex functions), certification. • Familiarity with Visio and flowchart logic. • Familiarity with Boolean logical expressions.
