📋 Description
• Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process • Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage • Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products • Broker or call center experience a plus • A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products • Must have an active P&C or Personal Lines license • Experience talking with customers over the phone • Experience working in similar call center environment • Technologically competent with the knowledge to navigate systems, relevant tools, and equipment • Must work at least one weekend day
