📋 Description
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to define API strategies • Work with developers to meet functional and security requirements • Drive API adoption with internal teams and partners • Ensure smooth API versioning and lifecycle management • Gather and document business requirements for integrations • Conduct gap analysis for product enhancements • Define API authentication models and data standards • Liaison between stakeholders to meet business objectives • Collaborate with QA to define test cases • Support User Acceptance Testing and troubleshooting • Work with monitoring tools to track API performance • Create and maintain documentation for clients and teams • Identify opportunities for automation in API processes
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role • Strong understanding of the housing industry and tenant screening • Experience in API-driven solutions for housing or financial services • Expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and OAuth • Experience with API testing tools and management platforms • Ability to analyze data models and API payloads • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases • Strong business-to-technical translation skills • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
