Description

•The Director of Finance has direct responsibility for overseeing global financial operations. •Driving strategic planning and managing a hands-on FP&A team. •Overseeing both B2C and B2B models in a high-growth SaaS company. •Sharing responsibility for financial performance and implementing overall business strategy. •Implementing best practices, controls, and protocols regarding purchasing and spending. •Responsible for reporting findings and working with executive staff, board, and stockholders. •Delivering accurate financial reports and developing presentations. •Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals. •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. •Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics. •Ensure adherence to financial regulations and optimize financial systems. •Manage, mentor, and grow the finance and contract teams.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). •7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment. •Demonstrated expertise in both B2C and B2B financial operations and metrics. •Hands-on experience with financial planning and analysis, including P&L management and forecasting. •Proficiency with financial tools and platforms, particularly Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics), Quickbooks, Stripe, Anrok, Google Suite, Excel, and ERP systems. •Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly. •Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
