Description

• RMI is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead global finance management • Drive financial transformation for sustainable financial health and resource alignment • Collaborate with executive team to develop and implement strategic plans • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records and systems • Lead financial management controls and internal audits • Oversee budget development, forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies • Create an inclusive environment that fosters team development and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience preferred • 20+ years of progressive financial experience with at least 5 years, preferably as CFO, and experience in a global matrixed operation • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, risk management and financial reporting in a global organization with a $100M+ budget • Proven skills in team building and leadership • Demonstrated leadership in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling with tools such as Adaptive Insights or other advanced financial planning software • Hands-on financial leader capable of financial modeling and analysis • Deep understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and grant and donor compliance • Extensive experience in leading finance transformation in a complex global organization
