• Lead day-to-day finance function at Flipside, overseeing accounting, tax, treasury and FP&A • Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with regulations • Manage financial planning processes and work with department heads for financial guidance
Requirements
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles • Experience in crypto or high-growth fintech with substantial crypto knowledge • CPA, CFA, MBA (finance/accounting focus) or equivalent qualification • Deep understanding of how to combine crypto/blockchain technologies and traditional finance skills • Track record of scaling finance operations in fast-growing companies • Experience working with external advisory firms and relevant regulatory bodies • Experience dealing with legal and contracts, international operations, HR, and other finance-adjacent functions
