β’ At least 5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales roles within the staffing industry. β’ Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. β’ A deep understanding of prospecting techniques and customer outreach strategies specific to staffing and recruitment. β’ Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through digital and traditional channels. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively. β’ Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies. β’ Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. β’ Must currently reside in the Philippines.
