📋 Description
• Extenteam is looking for Property Accountant responsible for bookkeeping and accounting of a real estate portfolio. • You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. • Responsibilities include financial record keeping, reporting, rent collection, expense management, budgeting, and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting. • Proficiency in AppFolio and or Yardi property management software • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Usage of Slack and similar task based communication tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices is a plus.
