• Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Systems Analyst (BSA). • Support and enhance Human Resources processes & systems. • Responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing technology solutions. • Act as a bridge between HR and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar certifications. • Four plus years of experience in information systems, computer tools/technology, Human Resources systems or Project Management support. • Experience in Oracle/ Workday/Power BI/Tableau preferred • Experienced with Basic Payroll Setup and Salary Configuration. • Experience with Absence Mgmt & Time & Labor Functionality. • Experienced in building and analyzing data models. Well versed in SQL, RTF templates. • Experienced in Approval Workflow Configurations. • Effective project management skills. • Strong functional computer skills with knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems. • Demonstrated ability to reason logically and analyze technical and business problems. • Demonstrated interpersonal written communication and attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office products. • Ability to work independently or as a team. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate positively and constructively with others from various units.
