• Drive Extreme’s brand and market awareness through communication and storytelling. • Support in researching, writing, and editing white papers, website copy, and case studies. • Help support Customer Advisory Board initiatives to capture customer voice. • Develop content that tells the customer story through various formats. • Manage internal resources related to the customer reference program. • Create consistency in press releases and other marketing materials. • Support cross-functional campaigns across PR, social, and customer reference teams. • Manage quarterly and annual reporting of programs and impact. • Copyedit and proofread colleagues' work as necessary. • Implement social media policies and promote established best practices. • Help manage department budget and track spending.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of content, public relations or social media experience in a corporate setting. • Experience working in high tech or B2B. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • A confident communicator and presenter with excellent verbal and written skills. • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure while managing strategic projects. • Energetic, positive, enthusiastic, and flexible team player. • Proactive and reliable with a keen attention to detail. • Strategic and tactical understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage as part of the news cycle. • Experience with measurement and reporting. • Ability to travel on occasion.
