Requirements

• 12+ years of field marketing or equivalent marketing experience in B2B technology • Experience running events and communicating ROI • A history of organizing and leading cross-functional project teams toward a common goal • Experience managing teams and helping direct reports develop in their careers • Great project management skills • A well-rounded background with a variety of event types, including large-scale industry gatherings and exclusive, executive gatherings. • Experience building and interpreting reports to make data-driven decisions driving ROI • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing or business • MBA in marketing or related area strongly preferred
