📋 Description
• Optimize finance and accounting verticals of the firm • Work closely with the Head of Operations and senior leadership • Evaluate and execute financial and strategic initiatives • Interact with clients, employees, and vendors globally • Post and process journal entries in accounting software • Execute Global Payroll and process monthly payroll journal entries • Update accounts payable and perform bank reconciliations • Assist in processing balance sheets and financial statements • Track and close GST, TDS, PF related activities • Optimize management reporting and information flow • Liaise on finance matters globally
🎯 Requirements
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Progressive experience in Core Accounting and FP&A is a plus • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in core finance and accounting • Analytical, strategic, and innovative thinking capabilities • Proven ability to distil critical information from complex data • Effective communication with senior leadership • Success working independently in a dynamic work environment • Practical and results-oriented with excellent business acumen • Flexible to work global time zones • Quick Books experience preferred; Zoho books as an advantage • CA/CPA/CMA/MBA Finance/Post-Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with academic achievement
