Description

• Responsible for optimizing finance and accounting verticals • Review and process journal entries for transactions • Accurate processing and review of global accounting • Maintain financial reporting and general ledger structure • Oversee employee compensation and benefit plans • Review of Accounts Payables and Receivables • Assist in balance sheets, income statements, and financial statements • Perform research, due diligence on compliance requirements • Deliver and monitor weekly and monthly management reports • Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements • Involved in implementation of action plans related to audits • Track and report on key metrics for business decisions

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in core accounting and taxation (or similar) • Progressive experience in financial modelling, planning, analysis (FP&A) • Knowledge of direct and indirect tax compliances • A qualified CA degree will be a huge plus • Experience in book closure/finalization - Taxation, Audit and assurance is a must • Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Familiar with Internal Control principles • Fluent in written and spoken communications • Can work under pressure and maintain poise
