Description

• Sourcing of candidates through different channels, candidate engagement, scheduling and coordination of interviews • Leverage social recruiting resources and in-house tools to identify and recruit the very best candidates • Doing regular follow-up for feedbacks from technical panels and escalating critical cases where applicable • Supporting in execution of hiring and campus events across different locations • Providing regular updates to candidates about the status and process • Managing candidate database for continuous relationship management • Supporting in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System in real time • Providing insightful recruitment management information on a need basis to different stakeholders

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in the recruitment function managing sourcing, scheduling, and candidate engagement • Good written, verbal and listening skills • Ability to work under high pressure and in a changing environment • Ability to develop candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing techniques • Excellent search skills (Google search, LinkedIn search, etc.) • Proficient with headhunting, candidate mapping, and screening • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Candidate must have high energy, a positive attitude, dedication, and friendly competitiveness towards work. • Candidate with short notice period will be preferred.
