📋 Description
• Responsible for design, engineering, documentation and release of Remote Access Products. • Provide consulting services to other teams and level four escalation for complex issues. • Create designs based on industry best practices while ensuring fit for purpose localization.
🎯 Requirements
• Self-starter who can operate without direct supervision. • Excellent knowledge of remote access technology and associated management tools. • Intermediate scripting knowledge, preferably Python, bash, and PowerShell. • Knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating systems specifically around networking. • Experience with infrastructure implementation/management, service/operations management. • Understanding of networking concepts, including IoT, IPv4, and IPv6.
