• At Facet, empowering individuals through personalized financial advice • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels • Work closely with teams to optimize marketing strategies • Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of related growth / performance marketing experience • Deep expertise running multi-channel and affiliate campaigns and familiarity the end-to-end customer journey while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Proven track record of driving member acquisition through data-driven marketing campaigns • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics • Deep familiarity with CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM and LTV • A strong grasp of funnel analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing • Deep understanding of a broad array of in and out of industry marketing channels / strategies • Experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud • G Suite proficient • Detailed oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
